I am an investment consultant, developer with over 5 years of experience in the Dubai real estate market, a communications and networking expert, and a speaker at international conferences.
What qualities do you think make a person successful in work and personal life?
I always define three qualities: professionalism, kindness and honesty.
It doesn't matter what field you work in. It is important that these qualities set you apart from the many people who work in the market.
In your opinion, what is a successful investor?
In my opinion, a successful investor is one who has both positive and negative cases. However, in most cases these cases should be positive.
A successful investor is one who earns and multiplies his funds with extensive experience, and this experience is reflected not only in the number of years in the market. There are specialists who were on the market 5, 10 or 20 years ago, but they have less experience in conducting transactions and working with different situations than a person who has been on the market for several years.
This is what a successful investor is. He enters the market correctly at the right time, for this he must feel the moment or have a specialist who helps him with this.
